A directory, not a ranking
Chinese Winery records the estates critics actually write about: the region, the wines, the public scores, and the visit a producer has published. The Chinese name, and its pinyin, sits with the English one when an official page prints it. If a fact could not be checked, it is left out or marked as unconfirmed.

Two Chinese wines took a Decanter Best in Show in 2025, the first time that has happened. One is from Hongsipu in Ningxia. One is from Yantai. The directory starts from results like that, and from the essays that explain them.

Culture
What the cited critics have printed about red wine as a gift, ganbei at a formal meal, and a restaurant table. A pairing chart for Cantonese, Sichuan and Shanghainese food is not in those essays, and the page does not supply one.
